Lastly, another important thing to keep in mind, is that 4:10
any design solution you've developed with a team or by yourself to solve problems or 4:14
meet needs you observed in research, is an assumption. 4:19

Every design solution needs to be validated or invalidated, then iterated, 4:28
improved and tested again until you prove it is working well for your users. 4:33
