'document.write()' function.

Anyone know why my code isn't working for this exercise? document.write('player');

You have a space in between write and the parentheses. Also, you placed player in quotes, so it's being passed as a string instead of a variable. Remove the space and quotes, and it should work.

You shouldn't put any quotes around the variable, it thinks it's a string of letters instead of being a variable and returns the word instead of the variable.
