Finally, select all images inside the footer element and assign them to the variable footerImages.

I'm not sure what is going wrong here I've tried

document.querySelectorAll('#footer a'); document.querySelectorAll('#footer img'); document.querySelectorAll('#footer href');

So I'm thinking I'm in the wrong ball park. Please and Thank you!

let navigationLinks = document.querySelectorAll('nav ul a');
let galleryLinks = document.querySelectorAll('#gallery a');
let footerImages = document.querySelectorAll('#footer img img');

Do like you did in the first task. footer isn't an id so no hash tag.

let footerImages = document.querySelectorAll('footer img');

The footer is an HTML element, not a class or ID, so it doesn't require the # or . before it. You only need to state img once because you're using .document.querySelectorAll() for this variable.

let footerImages = document.querySelectorAll("footer a img"); this worked but i don't understand why the "a" was included, I would have thought this should work ( let footerImages = document.querySelectorAll("footer img"); )
