XAMP Apache and MySQL both green and start. but when i type local host not bringing up the xamp page?

1- in run button: windows cannot find the pgedit? 2- in run button: windows can't find the sepcol.msc? 3- Microsoft edge can't open with built-in administrator account 4- Apache and MySQL both green and "start". localhost is not working. to bring up the XAMP PAGE in order to active the htdocs, root directory? does any solution anyone ?
