1:21 What key combo is used to open the finder window? I am not able to drag the img folder.

What is the problem I am facing here?

Hi, I do not think there is any key combo to open the finder window.

I believe the problem is that you are looking into the ZIP file without extracting it, and dragging the folder directly from there.

Once downloaded the zip file, please extract it first. The option to extract the files is at the top of Windows Explorer Window. Once extracted, you can go into that folder and drag the img folder to workspaces window (bottom-left-corner).

I hope this works for you.

Thanks!

I did unzip it. Plus, I don't seem to have the drop area in my workspace. I am using a MacBook Pro. Tks.

Which browser is it? I am on Chrome.

Once you drag the folder/file to the bottom-left corner just below the list of files in the Workspaces window, the Drop area appears.
