404 Errors on pages on WordPress site, please help!

Hello,

Please visit the site I'm building:

http://ceb.606.myftpupload.com/

The following pages will sometimes give me 404 errors and I have no idea why - I've resent permalinks, I've deactivated plugins, not sure what to do.

Basically all the default BuddyPress pages work but these three below are custom pages and they will sometimes result in 404s.

Well, I've got good news and even better news! (That's rare) The good news is that I can't manage to get a 404 error. 404 means that a file is not found on that server. But clearly it is, because I can see it!
