9,634 PointsAdding a new hash variable
hash = { "name" => "Bread", "quantity" => 1, "calories" => 100 } if hash.has_key?("calories") hash.store("food",true) end
In irb this shows the hash has variable food, However it gives me an error stating food variable not found.
hash = { "name" => "Bread", "quantity" => 1, "calories" => 100 }
if hash.has_key?("calories")
hash.store("food",true)
end
