Adding a new variable to split?

I was pretty confident that the code below would work. Where have I went wrong?

available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white" sundaes = "available".split(";")

banana.py
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = "available".split(";")

Hi there,

It's really close - just take the quotes off of "available" in the second line. When you use a variable name, you don't need to put quotes around it. Otherwise, looks good!

Thanks so much!! They didn't mention this in the video explanation, which is kind of frustrating :( , cuz I was stuck on this for quite some time. Or maybe I missed it? But really appreciate the help.
