Challenge Task 1 of 2
Here's a simple challenge: create a function named returnValue() that accepts a single argument, then returns that argument. This isn't a useful function, but we want to make sure you know how to create a function that can accept information when it is called.
Bummer! Did you add a parameter to the function declaration: function returnValue( str )
for example?
what so they mean by Str?
function returnValue ( ) {
return
}

8,067 Pointsyou need to put "str" inside the brackets.
then type "return str;"
altogether it should look like this:
function returnValue (str) { return str; }
