AI File Exporting to JPG - 9000x21000 pixels

I have a designer that created some banners for me and unfortunately she is off-grid and I have to get these printed this afternoon. When she saves them in AI she is able to save them out at 9000x21000pixels and it takes about 15minutes. When I save (File - Export) using Creative Cloud AI it comes to me in 2100x5400. I've maximized all settings to render highest quality my pixel size just won't increase.

Any ideas?

I would use vector (.ai, .pdf, .eps) file formats for exporting AI files. You should be ok if you outline your type (Type>Create Outlines). If there are any photographs in the banner, make sure those are placed in the .ai at the highest resolution possible.

Greg thanks for the response. My .ai file was defaulting to 72dpi and I needed to increase it to 300dpi, when I did that I got the results I need. The 3 banners are already in artboards with outlines so I'm able to export 3 individual jpgs.
