33,581 PointsAJAX Argument
The first argument to the $.get() method is a URL to a resource. In this case you want to load the 'footer.html' file, so pass that as the argument.
$.get('app.js', 'footer.html')
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<title>AJAX with JavaScript</title>
</head>
<body>
<div id="main">
<h1>AJAX with jQuery</h1>
</div>
<div id="footer"></div>
<script src="jquery.js"></script>
<script src="app.js"></script>
</body>
</html>

231,236 PointsYou did something odd with the argument(s).
The instructions say, "The first argument to the $.get() method is a URL to a resource. In this case you want to load the 'footer.html' file, so pass that as the argument."
But you have two arguments, and 'footer.html'
is the second one (where did the first one come from?). Try it using only the argument mentioned in the instructions.

33,581 PointsThanks. 'app.js' was the previous url that the challenge had me load, so I assumed I was supposed to keep it. Instead of loading the 2 I replaced it and it worked. Thanks for the help!
