AJAX Email Form Submission

I followed the steps identically and have a functioning form, as expected. The issue I am having is when attempting to use an email address (gmail/gsuite) the form submission is not received. However, when changing the recipient of the form submission to a normal gmail email address the submission is received.

Any thoughts?
