All other files open in the workspace except for phaser.js.

I am able to open all files in the workspace except for phaser.js. It says error opening file and error security. All other files open no problem. Tried opening on Firefox and Chrome. Looked for similar questions here and did not find a solution.

Edit: Read teacher notes. Is the phaser.js file something that should be open in a web browser? is it not code?

Loads for me. My guess is that's it something to do with it being a really long file. You can see the contents of the file at this link
