Set the anchor tag so that it points to the top of the page. (Hint: you'll need the href attribute.) ---- I did not understand how how link the top, and where i put "href" to attrabute

The answer is in the hint: You need to set the 'href' attribute of the <a> tag to "#top".

The instructions say "Set the anchor tag so that it points to the top of the page. (Hint: you'll need the href attribute.)"

The "anchor" tag is the one with the letter "a" in it. So you'll add the new attribute in that tag. Then set the value to the special code for the top of the page, which is "#top".
