<a href=“#”>
The pound or hash symbol will do the trick!

917 PointsIt appears you are missing an equals sign as well as the pound or hash sign! Here is what it should look like:
<a href="#top"> Go back to the top of the page.</a>
Don't forget to put the 'Go back to the top of the page' text where you have inserted a period.
