Android Studio Issue

I am in Android Studio, and I am having an issue with this line of code:

   @Override
    protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
        super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
        setContentView(R.layout.activity_fun_facts);

        // Declare our view variables and assign them the views from the layout file
        TextView factlabel = (TextView) findViewById(R.id.FactTextView);
        Button showFactButton = (Button) findViewById(R.id.showFactButton);

    }

Both 'Button' are red.

Hi Joshua,

At the top of your file, do you have the line:

import android.widget.Button;

That will include the Button class in your project. In the videos, it is probably referred to as "organising imports". There will be a keyboard shortcut to do it too.

Give that a go and let me know how you get on.

Steve.
