Android UI

I have a lot of questions regarding the UI of android apps. If you see sites like materialup they have so many templates or mockups for android apps with such a great animation and complex design. How do they achieve these. What tools or engine they use for a cutting edge ui?

Hi Sagar - If you click on any of them then on the right-hand side they usually list what tools they used, like Java, After Effects, etc.
