Can you try this code,

var answer = prompt("What is the best programming language?");
if (answer === "JavaScript"){
    alert("You are correct");
  }

May be the test case is not passing because u included an "toUpperCase()" function. Your code is correct but the challenge was different.

I believe you misplaced the .toUpperCase(), it should look like:

var answer = prompt("What is the best programming language?").toUpperCase(); if (answer === 'JAVASCRIPT'){ alert("You are correct");
}
