Anyone have any tips on how i can keep track of my syntax?

I tend to get in a spot where so many functions and variables are created that i get all anxious because there is just so much syntax to keep track of. Then i gotta back away from the computer cause it's just to stressful sometime's. Is there a formula to this? Like do you as a programmer have a general layout of how how syntax synergizes with eachother?
