App will not run on real device

When I open Android Studio I receive this error "Unable to create Debug Bridge: Unable to start adb server: Unable to obtain result of 'adb version' " My app will also not run on an emulator or my real device. Also, at the top of the screen where it says "app" and where there is a little android icon next to it. Shows up with a red X on it as well. If anyone can help me with this I'd really appreciate it!

Did you try to turn it off and turn it on ?

Yes. I have two different devices to test on and neither one will work.

I think the problem is the neosyntaxis of the app, try to check the code for neosyntaxis, or syfalus mortarus, you may be able to fix then when creating the bridge that will make the app work in the virtual environment and in the mobile version.
