Are workspaces pre-populated with code to begin each section?

Are workspaces prepopulated (like with Codecademy courses) or is the user expected to pause each video in order to copy the instructor's file/screen - then continue to add code as he/she progresses through each course/section?

Some videos have new workspaces to go with them, but others will expect you to have followed along in previous videos. The instructor will almost always inform you at the start of the video if you need to launch a new workspace or not. It is rare to be expected to pause a video to copy down code from the instructors screen. In some cases that you need new code they often post the code in the teachers notes, under the video, or a link to where you can find the code.

You can also download the files associated with the course in the downloads tab under the video.
