avoid strong password requirement in Wordpress

Hi guys!

I need to avoid my user to enter those impossible to remember passwords in order to create their account or change their password.

Is this possible? I've searched, but did not find any working solutions.

I understand some sites need these kind of passwords, but I don't the info on my site is not that confidential.
