CSS How to Make a Website CSS: Cascading Style Sheets Use ID Selectors

Background will change to orange in Firefox but not Chrome

That sounds odd.

The code is fine for changing th background colour of the body element. Is there a chance you just need refresh the bowser in chrome so It picks up the background colour.

Thanks for your response, yes I did reload the page and it still didn't change the background color in Chrome which is strange because normalize.css did apply and so has another thing from css (removing the underline). Meanwhile Firefox has had no hiccups. Strange but I'm gonna keep going and see if everything else goes smoothly -thanks
