What I've found that I would recommend is the Build a Responsive Website. This actually may be the Smells Like Bakin' course you were originally looking for.

These days, it is crucial to be able to develop sites that function properly on the various screen sizes (phones, tablets, computers, and TV's), and this should give you a good starting point to do so.
