Blank Activity

I'm trying to follow along in most of the projects, but most of them use Blank Activity as a layout. It is making things difficult to follow along in the videos on how to create a App. I have tried the Basic Activity and the Empty Activity layouts but they are not the same. Can some please help me figure out a easier way on how to follow along in this videos.

Hi I think you have installed the latest version and I also had the same problem. When they are saying to pick the Blank Activity you choose Empty Activity because it is similar :)
