:( its not working please help

You simply need to add a break statement inside your if-block. Remember to use intendation when you want to nest code inside blocks.

Also, a good habit is to not use the same name on two variables, especially when they aren't refering to the same value. In the for loop you are putting the iterated items from the variable 'items', inside a variable called 'items'. This example doesn't seem to cause any errors, but it is a good thing to have in mind for future coding.
