Python Python Basics (2015) Shopping List App Break

breaking a for loop with an "if"condition

I don' really understand what is wrong.

Thanks!

Ana

breaks.py
def loopy(items):
    for item in items:
        print(item)
           if item == "STOP":
            break

        # Code goes here

You need to break before you print the item, and you need to correct your indentation. Fix those and you should be good to go.

def loopy(items):
    for item in items:
        if item == "STOP":
            break
        print(item)
