Hello Ivana, looks like you're missing parenthesis around item on the third line. So print item would be print(item) .

Add parentheses around your print function so it would look like this: print(item)

There's a couple more errors:

  • Python is picky, you have to say "STOP" instead of "stop". In programming (not just Python!) lowercase and uppercase letters are amlost the opposite
  • Make an else statement and put the printing part of your code inside the else clause.

You code should then look like this:

def loopy(items):
    for item in items:
        if item == 'STOP':
            break
        else:
            print item
