Build a Simple PHP Application — Stuck on Challenge task 3 of 4

Hello, I'm stuck on this code...

echo "<p>Your favorite flavor of ice cream is "; echo $flavor; echo ".</p>"; if ($flavor == "cookie dough") {echo "<p>Randy's favorite flavor is cookie dough, also!</p>"};

?>

any ideas?

try removing the semi colon at the end of your if statement. you should also probably place one after your echo statement inside the if statement just to be safe

$flavor = "chocolate";


echo "<p>Your favorite flavor of ice cream is ";
echo $flavor;
echo ".</p>";
if ($flavor == "cookie dough") {
    echo "<p>Randy's favorite flavor is cookie dough, also!</p>";
}
