Are there any good resources on Treehouse to learn how to do this?

but I am looking for something more up-to-date with Bootstrap 4 :)
Also, other than Wordpress, are there any other recommendations on uploading a website online for free?

9,474 PointsThere is a course called From Bootstrap to WordPress. It is not Bootstrap 4, but I sure learned a lot. I know there will be some changes when I go to use 4, but at least I've got a solid foundation. Hope that helps.
