CSS How to Make a Website Beginning HTML and CSS Follow Along with Workspaces

Building a Workspace Index

Once I build the Index.html folder and preview my work, I get taken to a screen that says "Index of /" with "Index.html" beneath it. That is not what the video shows should happen. When I click the "index.html" sub line, I see a preview, but I am unable to go back to make a change & refresh the like the video shows. I have to use the back arrow, click on "Index.html" on the left side of the page. I then get to the existing code where I make the change. I cannot use control z and I cannot toggle or refresh like the video. Why is my process different? I use Goggle Chrome.

Hi Marla!

Try removing your "index.html" folder as you are not supposed to have this there! Your index.html file should just be in the root of the file tree.

Try this out and let me know if it works for you!
