Bummer! Make sure you 'set' the 'text' for 'mPassengersField'. challenge task 3 don't know what to do from here pls

I need a little help with this one can someone help ?

Try adding this to your main class ;)

        mPassengersField.setText(mSpaceship.getNumPassengers()+"");

yeah it did work for me can you be more precise I'm drawing a blank been on this for some time now to much code

Well here is the explanation than.

mPassengersField is an EditText on your layout.

Challenge is about setting text in that EditText. You are asked to put the number of passengers in your spaceship.

To get number of passengers, you need to use method getNumPassengers(), but since by using this method you will get an Integer you need to add "" so that android thinks its a string.

Now to set text of any EditText or TextView or Button, you need to use method setText.

So all together you have mPassengersField.setText (mSpaceship.getNumPassengers() + "");

Does it make more sense now? :)

it make sense just don't know were to put it got lost in the code need the area were the code goes so I can back track right now I'm clueless want to see what I miss

put it on the next line after

mTypeLabel.setText(mSpaceship.getType());
