Bummer! When code seems perfectly fine. HTML Forms

Hello, In working on the HTML Forms class and am unable to make it past the final step(4 of 4) even though I don't see an error in my HTML and the preview shows the form with labels as expected.

Bummer message: "Bummer: You need to add a <legend> element within the second fieldset."

My code:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>HTML Forms</title>
  </head>
  <body>

    <form action="index.html" method="post">

      <fieldset>
        <legend>Tell us about yourself.</legend>
        <label for="name">Name:</label>
        <input type="text" id="name" name="user_name">
        <label for="email">Email:</label>
        <input type="email" id="email" name="user_email">
      </fieldset>

      <fieldset>
        <legend>What's on your mind?</legend> //THIS is the line in question
        <label for="comment">Comment:</label>
        <textarea id="comment" name="user_comment"></textarea>
      </fieldset>

      <fieldset>
        <button type="submit">Submit Comment</button>
      </fieldset>

    </form>
  </body>
</html>

Thanks in advance!

The challenge is only expecting two fieldsets. Try removing the fieldset around the submit button, or adding <legend>What's on your mind?</legend> to the last fieldset.

Thanks so much jb30 that was frustrating! But I'll keep an eye out for logic like that if I run into a similar issue in the future!
