Python Python Collections (2016, retired 2019) Dictionaries Word Count

Bummer with wordcount.py script.

Hello.

According to task explanation and bummer hint i think i did necessary things. Besides i have checked code in PyCharm and it seemed to produce desired output.

Maybe i am wrong with something, if so then please just notify me that my code is incorrect and i will try to figure it out on my own.
