`bundle install` to install missing gems ?

I already installed gems using bundle install. But when I execute 'RAILS_ENV=production bundle exec rake db:migrate'. It is still asking me to install missing gems.

Try this command instead:

$ gem install bundle

NOTE: Don't type out the dollar sign, it just shows that this is in the Command Line/Terminal!
