bundler: command not found

I'm trying to install ruby on rails but when I try to create the rails new test app is says that I have a gem missing.

Errno::EACCES: Permission denied @ rb_sysopen - /Users/student/.rbenv/versions/2.1.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.1.0/gems/rails-4.1.6/README.md An error occurred while installing rails (4.1.6), and Bundler cannot continue. Make sure that gem install rails -v '4.1.6' succeeds before bundling. run bundle exec spring binstub --all /Users/student/.rbenv/versions/2.1.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.1.0/gems/bundler-1.7.3/lib/bundler/runtime.rb:222: warning: Insecure world writable dir /Users/student in PATH, mode 040707 bundler: command not found: spring Install missing gem executables with bundle install

bundle install doesnt work either.

Do you try bundle update before bundle install? You should update it to latest version first.

Hope this helps.

Also returns an error :(
