by mistake I deleted my main.css and my about.html and I can't get it back what should I do please help

I was trying to make a new file and by mistake I clicked new folder when I was deleting it, it deleted main.css and about.html I don't know how. please any help I don't want to code everything again.

What operating system are you working on? Usually the files pass onto the Recycle Bin (Windows) or Trash (OS X) before being permanently deleted.
