There's no facility to set it in the course, but you can download the videos and view them offline. Perhaps you have a viewer with that facility.

You could potentially construct a viewer using the same plug-in used by the course. The API does appear to allow that value to be set. And there's even a course that teaches this: Create a Media Player with MediaElement.js.
