Python Python Collections (2016, retired 2019) Sets Set Math

Can someone explain this challenge to me? I don't understand it.

I don't understand this challenge. How do I solve this?

What you need to do if figure out a way to loop through the COURSES set and HINT HINT for each set inside, loop through to see if the value that has been inputted is in that set. If it is, put the name of that course in a list that will be returned at the end of the function. Hope this helps.
