To set up the loop you create a loop counter which you can name anything. Here I call it i. Then, in the second clause you set a limit or condition -- the loop runs as long as this condition is true. And finally, in the 3rd clause, you increment the loop counter. Here I increment it by 2. That means that each time through the loop i will increase by 2: so it will be 2, then 4, then 6, etc.

for (var i = 2; i <= 24; i = i + 2) {
  console.log(i);
}
