can someone help me with this code, if not mistaken l know am doing the right thing but its failing

Hi,

Your code is correct, but you still need to keep the original nav a elements styling.

nav a {
  color:#fff;
}

nav a:hover {
  color:#32673f;
}

This styling tells the browser that all navigation links are (#fff) and once hovered over they turn (#32673f)

You are so close! I think you have added :hover onto your code from the previous task, rather than creating a new css statement with the :hover state on.
