Indeed you can use React Native for Android! We would like to cover it in a workshop similar to Amit's at some point this year, but don't have a concrete timeline for it yet.

A silly question i have, is this workshop is on AIR in end of January or in mid of this year, i mean i wanted to know for how much time i have to wait for it i know its silly but i really need this workshop to make my android skills more powerful can you please tell for how much time i have to wait for it approx time :P, one more question i have is in react native we can make a complex app as we can in android studio i mean all stuff list view, recycle view and push notification and native services and much more can we in react native do all this stuff?

I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for timing. It will be at least two months before we will have anything for React Native and Android, but it could be longer than that. We have a slate of priorities for the year that is fairly fixed for the next few months but much more fluid after that.

I'm not very familiar with React Native myself, but I know you can get to pretty complex apps. I'm not sure how lists in React map to Recycler Views, but that's not the goal, anyhow. The goal of React is to focus on the functionality in a cross-platform way. By that I mean, you decide where you want to use a list, and then the framework will take care of making that list work on both iOS and Android using whatever it needs to under the hood. It has hooks into many native features, which you can see Android Guides section of the React Native docs.

thank you so much for your time i'm waiting for react native course again thank you for your time :)
