Hey all! Some code we shipped recently inadvertently added Project File download links to videos that had no project files. This issue has now been fixed. Sorry about that!

Actually....7 months later, the workspace is not working!

Hi Ray Moody, the problem was at first some code they added had added Project File download links to videos that had no project files. Sean stated that was fixed and this is the case. It seems your problem has nothing to do with it but is an issue with the workspace.

I tried to launch the workspace and I had no problem with it. It works perfectly, have you experienced this issue with others courses ? Have you tried with a different browser ?

Treehouse workspace FILEs have not worked for me since completing my first course~ It is evident from the videos that the tutorials do not match the technical aspect of completing the course.

I follow along and am able to complete quizzes, but at the end of the day would I recommend Treehouse to someone else due to this issue?

Hi again Ray Moody, I understand your exasperation, but for each problem, a solution exists. Unfortunately you didn't answer the questions I asked you....

Anyway, you might already have done some tests on your own so, have you contacted the support of Treehouse to inform them ?

If not, before contacting them, If I were you, to fix this issue, what I would do is:

  1. Be sure my browser is up to date, if so, try with another browser.(On my side, I've used the workspace successfully with Chrome & FIrefox, haven't tried the others ones).
  2. Check with another device, we never know !
  3. Contact the support team and give them details about the issue I have, with if necessary screenshots of the problem and an explaination of all the tests I 've already done to fix this issue.

If you want to contact the support about something you consider as being a bug, send them an-email here at help@teamtreehouse.com.

The support team is reactive and will be happy to help you as customer for sure .

You can find the support page here for more information.
