Can't be the only one with issues

So I am in the PHP starting section building arrays.

I keep having issues with the challenges. I write the same code into my MAMP and it works, but in the challenge I #1 can't figure out what they are asking and #2 I feel like something nothing is wrong.

I am not new to PHP, I am taking this as a refresher. but I seem to be having issues with all the code challenges.

Any tips?
