Can't create an AVD, Win 7

I am just starting using Android Studio. I am at the step where I need to create and AVD, and I can't get any definition that allows the "OK" button to become clickable, therefore I can not get the AVD Manager to create any AVD. I've downloaded what I consider the necessary files is the SDK Manager.

Any ideas" Here is the latest AVD definition that I have tried to create, and you can see the lack of the "OK" button being choosable.

Ok first you will need to go to the AVD manager. Click the create button on the right. When you click create a window will pop open and for AVD Name: enter in Android442. Device: Nexus 5. Skin: No skin (You have to give it the setting). That should work
