Python Introducing Lists Using Lists Continental

cant do this question

continents.py
continents = [
    'Asia',
    'South America',
    'North America',
    'Africa',
    'Europe',
    'Antarctica',
    'Australia',
]
# Your code here
for continent in continents:
    print("* " + continent)
    if continents[0] == "A":
        print(f"* {continents}")

I had to look at the hints but the hints are wrong Googling the question instead

Hi Jas0n! Here's the issue with your code:

for continent in continents:
    print("* " + continent)
    if continents[0] == "A":
    #the above line should be "continent", not "continents"
    #I believe that your current code is instructing Python to check if..
    #.. the first element in the list continents is equal to "A"
