Your link tag for the stylesheet isn't totally correct try this format.

    <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/normailze.css" media="screen">
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/main.css" media="screen">

Make sure that your css file is in a /css directory and not in the same folder as index.html

I used link style=" " instead of link rel=" "
