Cant open workspace

It times out and just says contact customer support

I would try using a different browser. Sometimes chrome crashes on me when I try to open a workspace.

Hi Luke, that does happen once in a while, happened to me few times in the past, for me waiting few minutes and reloading solved the problem. Its been 18 hours since u posted on this forum, does it work now ?

Logout and then relogin and try a different browser like Firefox. Michelle Pepe
