Can't run emulator can someone help me out?

You can download the haxm driver from Intel here.

That should get you going. Though I didn't find the x86 emulator much faster than the arm one, even with hardware acceleration. Check out the Genymotion emulator. It's way faster than the stock emulator and it's free unless you want some advanced features which I've never found the need for.
