Can't see /article.html when adding to URL?

I can't seem to see my article.html page when adding /article.html to the URL of the main page. Is anyone else experiencing this?

If the article page is inside the folder means you should define FOLDERNAME/article.html if it is not inside the folder you should define just article.html
